Job Description:
This position reports directly to the Assistant Vice President for the Center for Distributed Learning and is responsible for effectively managing the departmental budget, human resources functions, and day-to-day administrative oversight to the department.

Administers a combined E&G and Auxiliary departmental budget; Develops financial and forecast reports to facilitate strategic decision-making at the request of the AVP. Track budgets and expenses and perform monthly reconciliations.

Manages all HR functions; Oversees recruitment and new hire on-boarding to ensure compliance with University policies. Directly and indirectly supervises the work of the administrative team personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience.

Preferences:
5+ years accounting experience. Budgeting experience in a University or public sector environment. Supervisory experience. Human Resources management experience a plus. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
